Clients comes because of back pains, I have helped them tremendously, others comes to strengthen abdominal muscles as well as to receive tips on nutrition. The clients I have will not miss a week, that is how much they enjoy the classes. The program enabled me to identify which exercises are used to strengthen each muscle. It also taught be how to create programs for each persons specifications. E.g. to understand what type of program to make for injuries, muscle strengthening, muscle endurance etc... I recommend this program as it gives a deep understanding of how to maintain a healthy fit body. We learnt in great depth how the muscles and joints work. And what effects are caused when each part of the body is worked out.
